UFA Population Doubled

At the beginning of 2025, President Auden Watts pledged to double the population of the United Friends of America by the end of 2025, and this goal has been achieved with nearly eleven months to spare! February 4 was the day the 70th citizen officially joined. This is a major milestone, as it shows just how fast the United Friends of America is growing. At this rate, the UFA's population will be thirteen times as high when the year ends as when it started. However, this is not necessarily the case, as there are limiting factors to how fast the UFA can and will grow. The government is looking towards other schools to continue its expansion.

UFS Governate Gains New Chapter

The President has established a new administrative unit, the Chapter of St. Michael the Archangel School (CSMAS or SMS), which is under the direct authority of the UFS Governate. He has also appointed SMS student Fiona as Premier. If expansion at SMS continues and more students decide to join, the chapter can be converted into a Governate of its very own.

UFA Digital Meeting

Citizens of the United Friends of America gathered together on a Zoom meeting to discuss issues facing the nation. Topics of discussion included Universal Basic Income, taxation, and amending the constitution to allow any citizen to run for President. Officials present at the meeting included the President, Vice President, both Governors, Secretary of State, and a Member of Congress. Future UFA meetings will be held, both virtually and in-person at the Charter Arts Governate, and are a great way for citizens to discuss the issues of our time with major government officials.

Politics

• The Nico Party was dissolved on February 2, marking an end to an organization that has brought chaos upon this nation for more than a year.
• UFS students Duke Ethan of the VanBrakles and Adylin have announced a presidential campaign, which is illegal at the moment, as they have not previously served in a position of government.
• Presidential candidate Galileo Townsend and his running mate Faith Sedicum have prepared a list of policies that they would like to implement.
• The next UFA election is only a month away.
