Nico Party Dissolves, Successor Emerges

On February 2, 2025, the Nico Party was dissolved by its leader, Gabe Shelly. After almost a year of both criminal and legitimate political activity, the organization that Americonians have grown to love, hate, and fear has disappeared. Gabe sent the following message in an Americonian text group chat:

"As the final official act of my leadership position of the Nico Party, I accept full responsibility for the events of June 5, 2024, as well as the electoral fraud committed the following day, and I hereby announce that the Nico Party is henceforth and forever dissolved."

This statement, far from merely a dissolution, also was the acceptance of responsibility for the Nico Party's crimes by Gabe Shelly. Because of this statement, the chapter in our history book entitled "Nico Party" has turned its last page. It is reasonable to assume that we will have a freer and safer democracy from this point forward.

However, this is not the end for Nico Party adherents. Matteo Chirea has founded the "Nico Party 2", with Gabe assuming a leadership role. It is unclear what actions this new party will take, or if it will ever approach the membership of its predecessor. The future remains uncertain, but one thing is for sure -- the Nico Party is no longer in your walls.
