 As required by the establishing document, a public report on 2026 Q1 has been drawn by Commissioner of the Peace Joseph Zientara of the OEP.

3 warrants have been written as of 1 February, 2026. The warrants are for the arrests of Gabriel Shelly, Matteo Chirea, and Auden Watts. First two signed off by President Jacob, third by myself.

• Auden Watts persecuted; all accusations dropped, acquitted.
• Gabriel Shelly persecuted; Fined 1,650 Tokens and 1 weekend of community service.
• Matteo Chirea prosecuted; all accusations dropped, acquitted.
• Warrant for the arrest of Gabriel Shelly issued on 23 March 2026
