1. The UFA was founded at United Friends School. Many UFA citizens come from UFS, as it is the birthplace of our nation. The UFA draws its name and part of its ideology from UFS. We mustn't forget where our nation comes from.
2. The UFA is a young nation. We celebrated our first birthday on April 22, 2025. There is still plenty of time to make history.
3. The UFA is a micronation. A micronation is a small area or political entity that claims national sovereignty but is not recognized by other countries. The UFA doesn't actually own its land, per se, but still considers areas to be part of the UFA.
4. Our flag is purple, orange, and green. The Americonian flag is the most important patriotic symbol.
5. Tokens are our currency. Since before we even had our Constitution, the UFA has used tokens as its means of exchange.
6. "Mountains and Valleys" is our national anthem. The old anthem, "Nationalistic Propaganda", is no longer used, though it is acceptable to sing.
7. The UFA is not a cult. It is a unified student body that has connected so many students from schools across the US East Coast.
8. The UFA has a national motto. The motto of the United Friends of America is "good fences make good neighbors, good doorways make good friends". It was coined in the Pre-Establishment Period and has remained popular since its inception.
9. The UFA has a Wiki. The United Friends of America wiki can be contributed to by any good citizen. Contribute today!
10. There is a “New Citizen's Guide.” The UFA website provides a New Citizen's Guide, which can be found under the information tab.
11. Elections happen every four months. Elections occur at the end of every four year term. Any citizen can vote by simply filling out a ballot, which can be found on the UFA website during election periods.
